About Maria Banti
Maria Banti is an internationally recognized Clinical Embryologist and IVF Laboratory Director with nearly 15 years of care in assisted reproduction across the United Kingdom, Greece, and the United Arab Emirates.
Throughout her distinguished career, she has personally overseen more than 15,000 assisted reproduction cycles, earning a reputation for her scientific precision, innovation, and deeply compassionate approach to patient care.
As the founding Laboratory Director of Almond Blossoms Fertility Centre, Maria built the embryology program and laboratory operations from the ground up. Guided by a clear and human vision, she has created a space where advanced reproductive science and empathetic patient care coexist seamlessly.
